Avast Me Hearties! Are ye a pirate enough to join up with us?

On behalf of the Mukfest Pirates for the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival, of the City of Mukilteo. I wanted to take this opportunity to say avast me hearties,  and welcome you to our krewe and our Salish Seas.
The Mukfest Pirate may be a crew without a ship and landlubbers dress the part of authentic pirates when we krewe up. We may also be the mildest of the notorious krewe of cutthroats and buccaneers this side of the Pacific Rim on the inner waters from the Salish Sea Coast. Our friendly group of pirates, have a great time at each event while engaging with the community members young of any age. As the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival’s year-round ambassadors, the MukFest Pirates entertain people at neighborhood parade and local festival. Our support of community events is not limited to the festival alone. The MukFest Pirates do what we can to help those in need of a little laughter throughout Snohomish County. The mission of the MukFest Pirates is to serve the community by spreading joy and laughter through visits and participation in local events. Dedicating bountiful treasure of hours to appearing at local events upon invite. The growing 12 member krew is continuing to spread little happiness year-round throughout the Salish Sea region.  Once again “Avast Me Hearties! Are ye a pirate enough to join up with us”?

Your membership automatically includes being able to participate with our main local events. That’s if you dare to join up with us and crave your name in the ship’s deck.
The Mukfest Pirate krewe, an all-volunteer local organization, holds hit or miss meetings and networking meetings in Snohomish County for our members. September  we cordially invite you to attend the festival, and hope you will regularly participate in member activities in the future.
We have a number of exciting volunteer opportunities available on a variety of levels in our krewe, including: Beach Landing at Lighthouse Park, Parade at Harbour Pointe, and landlubbers road race the same weekend.
I have found that the more energy I put into the community, the more I get back, and I am sure you will also find this to be true as you get more involved.

Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID–19, we are taking necessary precautions on all of our events for the safety of you and for the health of our krewe

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” Mark Twain once said these words of truth.
